St. Charles Town Company Celebrates 30 Years

St. Charles Town Company is expanding its workforce housing portfolio to Arizona and is pleased to announce the closing of financing and commencement of construction for Broadway Farms at Hurley Station, Phase I.

The $89 million multifamily project of the Overlook at Uplands, in Westminster, will include one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. The units are available to households earning between 40% and 70% of the area median income, the developer St. Charles Town Co. said in a news release.

A West Phoenix project that will include 334 affordable apartment units, restaurants and shopping could begin construction next year if the Phoenix City Council approves it.
