The Baldwin Project involved the rehabilitation and sale of a 32,000-square-foot, turn-of-the-century, Chicago-style, cast iron office building into 23 residential loft condominiums and retail space. The project was completed in 1999 and stood as Denver’s last remaining building with a cast iron facade.
