Equitable Building

Erected in 1892, the Equitable Building features a massive groin-vaulted lobby with elaborate mosaic tiles, exotic marble walls and floors, Tiffany-stained-glass windows, a grand staircase finished in gleaming bronze, and exquisite brass finishes.

Bayly Lofts

In 1995, St. Charles purchased a 40,000-square-foot, 9-year vacant, run-down, mid-century modern office building at the corner of Tremont and Colfax.

Brunetti Lofts

In 2004, St. Charles broke ground on its second phase of the former Benjamin Moore site. Brunetti Lofts was St. Charles’ first affordable housing development.

Campus Lounge

A St. Charles partnership purchased the Campus Lounge building and namesake business in September 2016 and guided an extensive year-long renovation of the building and adjacent retail space.

Chroma Lofts

St. Charles Town Company broke ground on Chroma in 2008, the company’s third and final phase of the Benjamin Moore site in Downtown Denver’s thriving Ballpark neighborhood.
