St. Charles broke ground on Chroma in 2008, the company’s third and final phase of the Benjamin Moore site in Downtown Denver’s thriving Ballpark neighborhood. The project consisted of the construction of 12 residential townhomes, a parking garage for neighboring buildings, and the development of three existing core and shell brick structures to boutique furniture showrooms and art galleries. The townhomes range from 1,597-1,722 square feet with two and three-bedroom units, home offices, two-car tuck-under garages, and generous outdoor spaces with sweeping skyline views. These progressive townhomes have fluid, clean lines and are designed to allow Colorado’s plentiful natural light to permeate the living areas. The project was completed in 2009, with costs totaling $14 million.
