St. Charles Town Company is developing the Overlook at Uplands – a seven-building, 247-unit affordable multifamily project located at 8775 Clay St. The development will be a part of the 234-acre Uplands development in Westminster, Colorado. Demolition of existing farm structures near 88th Ave. and Irving St. began in late August and grading operations have begun. Construction on Overlook at Uplands is slated to begin in the first quarter of 2024.
