Elsa Woolley Harberg
VP of Asset Management & Development
As vice president of asset management and development, Elsa Harberg is responsible for overseeing St. Charles Town Company’s development projects from concept through due diligence, including design, construction, marketing and management operations. Elsa also manages St. Charles’ current historic urban infill portfolio, bringing a passion for joining the storied pasts of historic buildings with developments that serve communities’ needs into the future.
Elsa’s appreciation for historic properties began at an early age in downtown Denver, where from she learned firsthand the ins and outs of urban infill from her father and St. Charles founder, Charlie. Elsa is actively involved in the community, serving on the Colorado Academy Alumni Board and as secretary of the Four Mile Historic Park Board of Trustees.
Elsa earned bachelor’s degrees in business and art history from the University of Puget Sound. She is currently pursuing a master’s in real estate and the built environment from University of Denver and is a licensed broker in the State of Colorado.
