As a project manager and development analyst, Andrew Pritzlaff oversees St. Charles Town Company’s development projects, mainly the old Sugar Mill in Longmont.  His responsibilities include managing due diligence, entitlements, conceptual analysis and financial modeling. Andrew has over a decade of experience in real estate and has garnered wide-ranging expertise, having worked to acquire $1.5 billion in single-family assets at a nationally-known institutional company and managed all asset classes including affordable multifamily.  

Being a native, Andrew values preserving the unique character and history that shape Denver and Colorado.  

Andrew was a student athlete and holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and commerce from Hampden-Sydney College. Andrew is actively involved in the community, serving as a member of the Young Guns of the Coors West Art Exhibit committee, a part of the National Western Stock Show.
